Anyone have a chp 11-99 membership?

title says it all. Did anyone here ever make the $2,500 splurge for the entry level membership and if so is the “investment “ worth it?

not just speeding tickets. Hoping that it would preclude fix it tickets for exhaust. I figured $2,500 will pay for itself if it saves you a trip to the state ref or a ticket.

Um am I missing something but I don’t see how this pays for itself if you get a state ref...?

City police sees your car and/or hears a blow off valve. Pulls you over. Pops your hood and see you have an illegal modification. About to write you a ticket and they see you donated $2500 to the CHP....

now he just doesn’t give you a ticket because of your donation and let’s you go about your way with non-CARB compliant emissions....?

If you want to give them $2500 and try it out, go for it. Honestly I don’t think it will do you any good

Plus you might have missed the ship sailing, but the loud exhaust ticket is not a fix it ticket anymore. Have to go to the state ref to have him measure with their decibel meter.
