Anyone got a suggestion

Ok here's the deal i was just in a accident and the insurance company wants to consider the car a total loss. Now the car isn't that bad has body damage and a small amount of under carriage damage. Should i take what the insurance gives me, swap everything into another car, or sue for the amount of repair damage. I have an idea of what to do already but i just wanted to see if anyone else had any good ideas.

FC's are just super cheap.

Sorry to hear about your accident.

What was the damage total ($)? and how much are they willing to give you?

Its hard to see what the actual damage is back there besides that broken thingamabob. What else is broken or bent down there? If its just that piece, I have one of those in an FC im parting out.

Considering the limited damage, I'd take the money and fix it with Pic a Part parts. You'll probably have money left over. The only issue is the insurance company will cause your title to be salvage which really isn't a big deal all things considered.

he makes a valid point..although i wouldent like that on my title..i'd use the money to pick up a shell and do a transfer..this way you get a new begining..to start over with..i would like to do this but im too lazy.

nice try dozer but no i couldnt afford to build the RX8 after i got it, as for the amount it was 2430.00. i'm going to fix the 7 and actually get a bike now also that way i don't have to worry so much about Kalin i don't think another accident would be good for her but that doesn't mean i'll stop driving her.

Too simply gave away two rear sub frames not that long ago. Aside from the body work, that appear to be all you need.
