Im doing secition for a 10x14 storage shed. I got everything is set but Im sore from digging and leveling the grounds.. ANyhow, I found a mixer (electric powered) at my cousin's backyard but he is out of town and its on chain/lock. bedides, there chances of rain tuesday and wednesday...cant do **** now.

Nope, but you do very well with your smog hookups. Some how, you make it all legal for all of us.
Any tractor/ equipment rental place will rent one for less then 100 bucks. More like 50 a day. They are also light enough that you can move it around by your self.
Also rain doesnt really have that big of an effect on concrete. Concrete will actually set up under water. It is a chemical reaction not a mudd hardening. If it is only sprinkling you will be fine. Are you going broom finish, steel finish or stamping? I have layed thousands of yards of concrete.
