anyone close to lake elsinore ca. that wants to make some extra cash i need some help with my rotary project i'm willing to pay some money if anyone could help me. it's not much but some money is better then no money, or if u just want to help a rotary brother out. we could make it a bbq it buy some beer and sodas? lol

 

what do you need done?

 

well i have 510 wagon with a 13b and the car when it gets hot it wont turn on

 

whats the set up on the motor????

is it carb?? or fuel inj?? and is ther any vaccums?

 

is a carb set up with a 48 side draft delorto with a stock intake all the vaccums are plu

 

if its hot start problems,maybe low compression.does it start fine when cold.

it start fines when it colds and it reads 70 close to 80 on the compression test. then when it gets hot it wont turn on and it throws alot of white smoke throu the exhaust. i think i might have a blown coolant seal. hey by the way do you work on the lucky 13 shop in duarte, ca

 

oh damn 70 is kinda on the low side...

well if it throws out a lot of white smoke, then its most likely the coolant seals..

pull out your spark plugs and check for any coolant residue on them..

naw i dont work there ( i should though hahaha) but i do know every one who works there..

yes it dose the plug has green coolant residue, yeah i agree with you great shop i both a couple of parts from them. i shoulda went there 1st. but i met this guy name gerano he lives in long beach his half black half mexican but this guy looks puerto rican. my biggest ******* mistake ever this guy talks a real talk, so i believe him and he sold me 1 of his suposelly rebuild street port motor for a 1000 bucks install and then told me that i needed my radiator redone new plugs and a water pump.thats why the car was overheating yeah right. so i both all these parts and it did the same thing. what a ******* cause now im out 1000 bucks have a piece of **** motor and no money. lol lol i wish i find this guy so i can kick his ******* ***. lol lol so if you know him or heard about him please let me know. what makes it worse this ******* came to my house and did the work here, what a *****

 

oh **** damn that ******* suckks... hope you find that ******..

how much do you think they or you will charge me to change the coolant seal. saw your my space pict cool project

 

lol well im not ready to start working on others cars like that(rebuild wise).

but depedning if there is anything else wrong... the price can vary.

oh thanks. yea ive been getting a lot of practice doing rebuilds and porting along with other things..

but still not ready to offer that line of work lol

he guys check this out please let me know that you think about this check this out tell me if this sound weird to you well i got a new 3 row radiator oh well the car did the same thing, so i got mad and desperate so i got my 92 4 port turbo motor and i took the water pump and housing out and put it in my 87 6 port motor. so i took out the one the 6 port had remember this housing has a brand new water pump then the car turn on fine it dossen't shoot water anymore thru the radiator and now if i let the car idle for minutes and shut it off, now it will turn on first key try. what do u guy's think about this to me it was weird
