any rotary mechanics near elsinore

any rotary mechanics near lake elsinore .

long story short i got my 13b rebuild with a street port. but it seems that the timing is way off, i even try changing the pulley, i though that it might gave them the wrong one. my bad i got 3 spare motors. so trying to find the right pulley. i was wondering if there were any mobile rotary mechanics, that could give me a hand. i don't have a trailer to trailer the car to the shop. can anyone help i pay you to come n check it out.

why dont you just put the motor on t.d.c. then correct the main pully..? you might have to reset your c.a.s. as well..

Search "TDC" under my SN. this will help you find the real "TDC" using the flywheel and at the same time, set the pulley to the boss correctly.

^^wacky is right,85 and older blocks the pulley on the e-shaft bolts up in any way you put it as where the 86 and newer only go bolt in a certain way.I had that problem a while back and had to take of the front main pulley bolt and look at the e-shaft alignment key,it has to be facing the passenger side.best thing is to look up wackys write up that will save you the troubles.
