Okay, Ill give him a call today and tell him I got some better offers, hopefully he hasn't started work yet..

 

I put this post together because I lost everything in the fire. I'm out around 40k after its all said and done. If there is any hope to recover any of that back I'm giving it my best shot. To be honest I can't even afford a lawyer to sue him (I'd probably get nothing out of him anyways.). Just trying to find a way.
