AeroWorks in San Diego?

So I've order a TII lip from Paulo at Aeroworks. Last week I emailed them and they said it will go out on monday via USPS parcel.

On monday I emailed them to see if I could get some kind of tracking/confirmation number. But I have yet to get a response and I've called them yesterday and today and the phone is turned off goes straight to voicemail.

Anyone know whats going with them currently? Or if Paulo or Lyle see this thread can u post.

Exact same problem as you buddy. Ordered a lip a while ago, Paulo told me it would be ready and shipped by last weekend. Friday comes, I PM him ask if he got it out and no reply. I send them an email a few days later asking if they got my PM and no reply to the email. I call them a few days ago and every day since and it goes straight to their voicemail. IDK what happened, I believe they are vendors on the forum so I doubt they would just skip town...

Make a post in one of their threads so they are bound to read it

yea I got the e-mail from them on like friday that it would be shipped out on monday. Thought it was kinda wierd they didn't respond

It's very weird. I've been in contact with them for about two month and just this past week they haven't been on the forums, replied to my email, or answered their phone. So something is up, if I don't hear anything from them by the end of the weekend I'm going to PM an admin and see if they have a personal phone number of theirs since they are vendors.

samething I've been talking to them about their carbon fiber sunroofs and he even wanted to sell me an old SMP one. But this week they just suddenly fell off. Anyone else having problems contacting them?

This is my boyfriends account. I bought him something from their site for his birthday. Paulo emailed me the night I ordered it 11/22 and said that the shipping calculator was wrong and he'd refund my paypal account (WHICH STILL HASN'T BEEN DONE!). I emailed him right back and said "Yeah thats fine I bought the item for my boyfriend and I need it before Dec 6th if it was at all possible," and he emailed me right back and said "Yeah you'll have it by then no problem." Thats the last I heard from him. I emailed him two days ago and asked for a tracking number of some sort and I still have heard nothing. You guys who have this phone number could you please email it to me at ririrox813@sbcglobal.net. I guess its pointless because they never have it on, but I'd still like to try. Thank you guys. I feel like **** because chances are I won't get it before his birthday. Too bad I ******* spent $300. Please let know... Gale (JDriftM's Girlfriend)

That sucks. It looks like they took down their phone number from the website to. Last time I couldn't get a hold of them it turned out the owner was in Mexico, I got a hold of him a week later. Hope everything works out. It did for me, it just took a bit longer than I wanted!

yeah too bad his birthday is Thursday. Well I'm the unluckiest person on this planet. So I won't get it for several weeks. I hope he's having a great vacation I just wish he would have mentioned something when he emailed me at first. Thanks for your input.
