hell yes......slow as hell..... I think they max out @ 120 something, the caprice was BY FAR a faster/ better handling/ braking car!!! Chevy actualy remanufactured the older cars ie 89-94 to the 96 model specs. Not a bad whale for the price @ auction. BTW if the back wheel well is cut out the full diameter of the wheel it has a 350 with 300 horse MIN. starting in 93. If it is half the wheel well its slow with no handles and a 305 V8 or 4.3 V6 @ over 4400 LBS ouch.
