acv question

acv question

does anyone know exactly how to get the acv to pump air at all times to the cat?

Yes you run 12v to the relay that engages it... and burn the pump out 20 Minutes later.... any questions ?

For your info the rleay is in the set at the front bumper of the car, in that long rectangular strip....

Or you can just run 12v from the ignition switch to the airpump to engage it always... again you pump will last all of 20-40 Minutes of driving... especially if you rev the motor....

you noobs are funny.........take the output tube on the back of the Ap and connect it to the split air pipe GOING to the cat.

thats what i thought i was just making sure. im not sure if noob is the correct word for me but i am someone that likes to makes sure im gonna do something the correct way before i do it. i know i didn't join that long ago but i have worked with this car for quite sometime before i found this form. i never had to smog this one before since i lived in colorado and i lived in a part with no smog.

the noob comment wasnt directed at you, sorry bout that! The ap to spilt air tube usually only works with some sort of cat btw, but it works well if the numbers are semi close to passing.
