9/28/07 ** NorCal 580/680 CHP Speed trap

I noticed a big presents of CHP on the 680 south @ the 580 interchange... yesterday there was 3 white CHP's pulling people over and today there was a black and white hiding behind the Stoneridge bridge pillar in the center median. He was out of his car hiding behind the pillar like it was a tree point his radar gun like a little kid

Probably just a rumor. I believe the general rule for traps is that they're totally legal as long as they don't goad you into it ("Hey buddy, come on let's buy some crack. No? Aww come on sissy, you know you want to.")
