don't get me wrong they are pretty bad *** cars, they just make their owners over confident...
a guy i knew had a s/c cobra and was braggin about his 500 + HP and I destroyed him in my stock R2, granted I dropped off in 3rd and he flew past but there was a car in front of me and i didn't want to kill anyone LOL

LOL! I get tailed by Rustang drivers quite frequently. The lastest Mustang GT has about 412hp I believe. Watch out now! All and all, no matter how much horsepower Ford gives to this car, it's still just a Mustang.

A stock Mustang GT with 412 horsepower? I thought they were somewhere around 315 or so. The GT500 has around 520-540 and the Super Snake around 750 (or was it 650?)

Mustang GT is confirmed 315hp.

"For 2011, Ford is revising the Mustang's base V6 engine. The new V6 will be a smaller 3.7 L aluminum block engine weighing 40 lb (18 kg) lighter than the outgoing version, and produces a much more powerful 305 hp (227 kW) and 280 lb·ft (380 N·m) of torque. [36] Addtionally for 2011 the Mustang will be revising the V8 powertrain. The current 4.6L 24V V8 will be replaced by a new 5.0L 32V V8. Recently the horsepower figure has been leaked revealing that this new engine will have 412 hp (307 kW). The torque figure is estimated at 390. Super Snake is 605hp, I was wrong on that one. Evidently the "Prudhomme Edition Super Snake" is the one with 750hp.

Actually, I have shot plenty of rotaries. I was at SevenStock and Mazfest on the track this year. There are random rotaries here and there throughout my blog
