that to me doesn't sound like a very respectable way to run a business... i mean we've all had different issues with certain business deals.. but you really have to rectify things properly.. and just taking a couple minutes to find a underbelly tray doesn't seem like much work.. is it really worth making a bad name for yourself?

I had put the part to the side during the move last week it was picked up by mistake and put in the trash bin. I already told him that i would pull the part out of the trash pile when i came accross it. I also told him that i didn't want a thousand phone calls to my phone my bro's phone and thousand pm's. I started school today so time is limited.

Why can't you buy him the tray since it's your fault trashing it?

It wasn't 1 month. I have the PM I sent. It was more like 2 weeks late. I never thought to look under my car. This is also my race car. So when it got home, it went into the garage and there it stayed. How would I know to start looking for missing parts? Anyway, I did go and change the oil and it was gone. So I sent a message. This was before they moved and before he threw it away. He said he would set it aside and he would not ship it. I had to come get it. Well 200 miles away I can't just go. So now I have time to go and get it and now it's been maybe 4 weeks. And I get this crap... but it's not how he made it sound.

I will post pics of their "work" and everyone can judge for themselves.

I havn't sent you any messages or called Chris. I did reply to your message I guess that counts. Don't misslead people they don't like that. I do however have PM's from you and a nice voicemail that will be up soon. You come on here and post that you will get me a new one? Good! But now don't send mixed messages because that is not what you said in the messages. Sounded more like you where threatning me and wanted to fight. Anyway It will be posted up in the Bad Guy thread and any other thread you have for all to hear and judge for themselves. All I wanted was my pan and I was willing to drive all the way there to pick it up. But you seem to like trouble, so here it is. I think the reason we didn't get a long is because I don't let this we need 2 work weeks for a 3 day job buisness fly. He expects everyone to bend over.

Yeah I asked for my part back. When did I say things to you? I thought you said when I showed up I didn't say much and next time I won't either? Which is it?

Cool I get my tray back. Not broken and not gross after being in the trash. Pics will go up when I receive it.

So when can I expect it in the mail?

This is the message he left me. Recieved at 7:03pm on 8/20/07

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woHDx0_cvjI

I never sent any e-mails. And I only responded to his PM's. I stopped Pming him when he said he wasn't going to look for my part. Guess he must mean the threads.

i can't believe this guy alex treats customers like this... Omar is pretty soft spoken in person, and i'm sure he didn't try to cause trouble when he went to pick up his car... but for alex to take advantage of that is a poor show of character on his part...

This is great. I always knew these clowns weren't a legitimate business just by the way they carried themselves on the forum. It was just a matter of time.
