TX Removal of reply to post

Who decides and is responsible for a removal of reply to a post? Reason I ask is I have returned to a post to find no evidence of my prior comments that have been there before. They were not offensive, or not intended to be, nothing that was secret, I had no communication about anything done wrong. My post is just gone. Enomily? I don't think so.

It was erased with the Entire thread as it was Posted in Duplicate by the Original Poster.
Any threads that are Multi posted and ask the Same question are erased to not bog up the Forum with 20 threads that are asking the Same thing, over and over again.
If the OP's post was just erased only your response would remain..NO question..so the WHOLE thread gets deleted. That includes any responses by another member.

Misterstyx69,
You speak as if you know of the exact post I am speaking of. We're there two build threads and one totally removed? Just trying to understand, confused here?

Maybe you can be more clear about what you're referring to. Even YOU seem surprised when a mod possibly knows what the hell you're talking about.

Settle down Natey, I'm trying to get something figured out here with a helpful mod.. I thought a misunderstanding happened, that apparently didn't. I wanted to also know if there was any communication to a poster if there posts were being removed. Simple.

no communication with those members if their posts get removed. most of the time the post gets wiped cause it's in violation of forum guidelines.

The OP posted multiple times on the same topic.different sections.."is this car making too much white smoke"..should I buy this car?..is the white smoke normal?..
The thread along with your reply was wiped. There is no reason to clog up the Forum with Same subject threads. So Policy was implemented and it was Wiped as it got asked over and over,so no sense in clogging space with the same old same old..
Would you like to be able to read 25 SAME threads on white smoke OR have 25 Different threads pertaining to the subject if you decide to do a search?
..and a thread can't be effectively removed without entirely removing ALL replies generated within that thread..so your reply got deleted too..
