I suppose I could..^ But why the hell would they know? It's not Adaptronics Aftermarket Trigger kit..... Full function made it. That'd be like asking I.D. If the full function Rails fit their injectors...Why should they know?....contact the people who made the product to fit the existing piece =-)

No unfortunately Haltech still hasn't done the appropriate update for 36-1 on the PS series. We'll send another email about it, but also if you email Scott @ Haltech asking for it, it'll help.

Just sent in an email to Haltech and will post up the response. I'm a sponsored car for them so maybe that will help.

Okay, here is the response from Haltech:

"David,
We don't support a 36-X trigger for the Mazda RX7. Only the stock CAS sensor is supported. The 36-X wheel doesn't offer any better resolution with the PS2000. It won't be added to the PS200 software.
Thanks"

Anyone have any comments?

I heard the same thing from another ECU company.

After seeing the video that FFE posted up, I have to question the accuracy of the ecu manufacturers' statements. I think it would be more effort to fake a video like that than it would be worth, especially considering the affordable price point they are selling their kits at. My personal conclusion is that the other companies just don't want to go through the effort to add to their software.

Honestly I think they are just not interested in doing the update at this point. We emailed back and forth with them for some time a while back when there was more interest in running a 36 tooth on the 20B and they never said that...

Good to hear! Thanks!

Hopefully we'll have a 60 tooth vs 12 tooth comparison video sometime soon!

I must have deleted the pm a while back...I am still interested in this. Any news on a new group buy?...I seriously want this kit to work with my MSII V3.0. I modified my CAS to work with megasquirt but I am having timing issues with this system.

I went onto your website and found the 13B FC/RE Hall sensor that is compatible with MSII but $300.00 is quite a bit of money to dish out. I will wait for the group buy which would be 1/2 the amount if more people want to group buy.

We don't have any proposed group buy right now but it's always possible as summer approaches.
