I have been dealing with Magnus for the last five years, Marco is a great with rotaries, but know one can get a 500hp rotary to last 100k.

The LSx motors won't bolt to the FD trans, nor would they hold up to the torque if they did.

For answers to all the questions you have, check out www.torquecentral.com (there's a section for V8 RX7's) and for supplies, www.hinsonsupercars.com

An LS6 is the same as far as mounting as an LS1. Just use a transmission from a 98-02 Camaro or Trans Am.

If you use the ls6, you must use an fbody oil pan to mount with hinson's subframe. You may have to use the fbody accessory mounting points to fit in the fd engine bay.

You'll also need an F-body throttle body, because the Corvette TB is "drive by wire" and doesn't use a throttle cable.
