roadmaster and f-body lt1 engine differences?

Hello everybody, What are the differences between the roadmaster and f-body lt1 engine? Because I have a roadmaster lt1 that I am rebuilding and I will be dropping into a RX7. I need to make sure all lt1 parts are innerchangerable. Basically how hard will it be to make the roadmaster lt1 a good engine for the swap? The engine does not have computer, wiring harness, or accessory's. The reason why I'm using this engine is because I'm getting this engine for free(school project).

I already asked this question on ls1tech.com, but they couldn't give me great ansers. I want to swap to aluminum heads because of the weight, but they told me I should keep the heads I have now. Heres a link to the thread http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=514191

thanks

ps. sorry if its not writen well, I'm sick right now.

One of the difference is that the Roadmaster has Iron heads which ironically flow a little better then the alum. heads on a f-body.

And they have less compression( about 1/2 point I think) and are rated at 20hp less. Also I remember something about the cam being different. Try searching camaroz28.com forums, they seem to have more info on the LT1.
Are you sure you motor is a 5.7L? as opposed to the baby LT1(like 4.3 I think). They look the same on the outside.

Yes I am sure. I have looked at the block ID number and it matchs the 5.7 number. And the roadmasters only came with a 5.7 LT1.
