hey wassup guys,

I finally got my 99 ls1 engine w/ t56 combo yesterday and my hinson subframe kit a few weeks before. I installed the subframe and the engine (tranny isnt in yet) already. My question is where does that little black metal piece w/ the bolt welded to it go? It has two lock washers and a nut on it.

 

That is going to bolt to the tail housing on the tranny, it is the point where the torque arm attatches to the tranny.

 

It'll make sense when you get the tranny in there. As stated it will bolt onto the tail shaft.
