Search. It's been covered several times, and this question pops up almost weekly.

Head over to torquecentral.com for all sorts of v8 RX7 related info

Figure $8-$10K if you turn the wrenches yourself. Less if you can find good deals here and there. if you have to pay for labor you're screwed.

8-10k is accurate if you buy a lot of prefabbed stuff.

If you can build your own radiator brackets, make your own braided lines, and source things well, you could probably accomplish it for 6K, and have a good running clean swap.

If you REALLLY watch for deals, it can be done for a lot less, or if you say, buy a wrecked F-Body and part it out. Maybe 3-4K total. That's being very resourceful though. If you're not already a "car guy" and know what to look for and what works where (and have patience) that option isn't particularly viable.

Like Drew said, if you want a shop to do it, take your worst fears and double it. Also keep in mind, that little **** will kick you when you're down on these swaps, and that little stuff adds up QUICK. I'm over 10K into just the swap portion on my car, and I have fabbed everything myself but the motor mounts and half the exhaust.
