New toys for my LS1/FC...

So... I wanted to sneak up on people with my nitrous setup... and got the stealthiest setup I could find...

The throttle body I did myself. I may add epoxy for the IAC side as well (I don't use the standard PCV setup, so that's totally blocked).

I'll be shooting for 600 RWHP on a 200 shot on the current setup; this time next year I plan on having a forged 408 with some big heads and long tubes, at that point 750 will be target on a 250 shot.

I'd like to see 10.x (hopefully 10.5x) out of this engine, and 9.x out of the next one. That's as fast as I care to go in an FC, and I can do either of those without making the car unstreetable.

Looks neat,
You said you've got a 200shot of nitrous and target of 600rwhp... What did you do to the motor to get 400rwhp? I have an identical car with a stock LS1, and I'm thinking nitrous would be the easiest way to ~500rwhp, but I've never fooled with "Nos" before. I know how to "prepare" an motor for a turbo or S-charger... but what do you need to do for nitrous?

Well the motor off bottle is a 6.0L (not 5.7 like an LS1) with compression upped to 10.1:1 (stock LS1 levels) but with the better flowing LS6 style heads which are mildly ported. Has an upgraded cam, ported throttle body, ported exhaust manifolds, cold air intake, !cat, !resonator, dual 2.5" to 3" x to dual 2.5" exhaust and a tune; 400 RWHP is well within range on the setup.

With a 100 range shot, you really just need the nitrous and accessories; bottle heater, window switch, fuel pressure safety switch and the nitrous itself.

Here's a picture of the current setup with the plumbing and most of the independent fuel system:
