Id like to explore this v8 section, where is it? and is there a way I can transfer this entire thread to that v8 section instead of starting it allover?

V-8 Powered RX-7's - RX7Club.com

Maybe a mod of either section will move it for you, good luck with the car

Maybe it's because you started your own thread on your own car. Wait until you talk suspension with rotary heads on "their forums". It can get ugly. I have been there.

lol temporary my friend! temporary! my goal was gettin her on the road as reliably as possible before any exterior prettiness, I didnt care how many spider webs or how much bird **** was on her haha aslong as it was done as close to right as possible.

One noticable thing is I have a worn out rear diff mount clunk, that ive gotten used to by now of course but everytime somebody new gets in (new she gets in lol) they ask what that clunking is and I just tell them its cuz the car pulls so hard hahaha. Worn diff mounts common with FCs?? I know they were with my 300zx.

diff mounts always fail, part of FC ownership. expect it to be twice as bad with more torque than the car originally had.

haha ya I like it too and I also like how completely functional it is, sometimes I think im in a Mustang lol. You can have a cluster like this too if you want, not an expensive swap at all. Its not the fastest car in the world but its fun and different, exactly what I wanted.

There's my after market set up. Looks aftermarket but good. Yours looks swap and could be a hell of a sleeper inside and out.

Wow. That's more than I thought you were getting TBH. I was thinking low 200's. Nice job. Got a torque number?
