Nice! Clean car! I’ve got almost the same setup on an aluminum 5.3, but it’s in a Fc. Dynoed 902hp 878 ft lb at 20psi. Super fun cars to drive!

Man that screamer hood dump is awesome. I'm still on the rotary side but have one that dumps in about the same spot right in front of the passenger seat. People don't know what to think when it blows a 6 foot flame out the hood at night on a major freeway.

Thanks guys! I cant imagine 900whp, i turned mine up a couple psi so it should be well in the 700whp range and its already crazy. And i do like the hood exit just for the flames alone but im gonna try to run a full exhaust and make it a little more street car-ish. And it means I won't have to cut up a $1k hood in the future.

Finally got my feed sidesteps on and installed some Cusco zero coilovers, so no more ridiculous stance.
Also added some billet coil brackets and high output d585 coilpacks.

Nice car! What’s your turbo specs. I’m working on a 4.8 turbo Camaro that hopefully will make similar power

Thanks! It's a billet wheel s480 with a 96 t6 1.32ar turbine. Same as the vsracing one but i found them much cheaper.
I love it so far, but it might be laggy on a 4.8 unless you go t4.

What a beast! I have similar plans in mind. Did you have to route your exhaust over the cross member?

Also, what Brake MC/Clutch MC are you using?

I am still running the hood exit unfortunately.

And it's an auto car so no clutch MC. I did switch to manual brakes with a wilwood MC and wilwood proportion valve.

-an el cheapo sheetmetal intake and 102 throttle body with Holley sniper rails
-switched to a p59 and installed flex fuel sensor
-wilwood manual brake master and proportion valve
-Lingenfelter 2 step
-Smith Brothers trunion kit
And a few other little things here and there.

Been a while since I've made any updates but so far ive:

-moved radiator to the rear
-added Davies Craig ewp150 water pump with controller
-molded a cowl into the stock hood
-switched to sleek headlights
-weld s71 front runners

Car went back to the dyno with the cam, intake, etc changed and made 801/701 on 15psi.

I was also able to make it to the track but didnt get any clean passes. Best numbers were 110mph in the 1/8 and 138 in the 1/4 but both passes were aborted early and on Wastegate. I believe the car has an easy 120+ in the 1/8 and 150+ in the 1/4.

But anyways here's some updated pics.

New hood looks good, I might be biased though

Did you cut a hold in the hood again? You could probably do a nice fender exit exhaust with your ABS removal there
