A) Howard's son was injured in a motorcycle accident and I believe they sold the car. See this post...

B) Jags That Run (JTR) made the headers, but the rest of the exhaust was custom made, if I'm not mistaken. You should ask the original owner, CenCalRX7, directly.
C) The engine cradle was one of my originals, I believe, or at least a decent fitting copy made by Dynotested (now out of business). Justin Samberg is your best source for conversion parts now. No delivery issues so far, and no quality issues like the other vendors.
