i was just wondering if u have to do anything to the frame if u put a v-8 into a fb????

 

Yeah, make an adapter to bolt the V8 to it with. RX7 chassis were stiffer than the junk the V8s came out of; no reinforcement is needed in most cases.

 

Its kind of sad... japanese cars tend to have AWESOME chassis (even the commuter cars feel lightyears ahead as far as steering, braking, and just 'feel' from it all) but seem wary of bigger displacement motors. Its sad, really, IMHO.

At least turbo motors can pretty easily get some torque and power
