help wiring alternator

hey guys i am about to wire in my ford alternator but am having some issues. i know how to wire in the battery wire (the really big one) but want to know what to do about the two plugs, i want to get this done right and not have any wiring hazards that could result in a fire. were are you all getting constant and switched power from?

the car is a 88 and the alternator is the big 130amp 3g. any info would be sweet and am hoping that you guys can point me in the right direction.

thanks alot for any help.

my batery is in the back so i kinda was looking for both types of power under the hood. i figure i am just going to have to get at the harness with the multimeter. i would still like to get some sugestions on power sources.
