Thumbs up Getting speedo/odo to work in LT1/T56 FC

What are my options to do this? The t56 output is digital whereas the speedo is mechanical. Ive heard people talking about the "Cable X" Is this all i would need?
Thanks in advance

As of now, the Abbott Cable X is the only reliable unit that will work. There was a company that was putting together a competing product, but it was just about worthless. I bought one of the first batch made, took forever to get here and was obviously a cobbled together piece. This has been about 9 months ago, so they could have made some advances in design.

I went with the Abbott unit and couldn't be happier. It has worked perfect since day one and 12,000 miles.

Brian,

They haven't made any advances, as it is still a "few weeks away". This is the guy that bought my car and the Terf Inc guy is still pretty much a POS. I can't even get my $300 broken piece of **** back from him in some sort of working order to send to this guy.

I hate to say it man, but if I were you, I'd just buy the cable X and be done with it.

That's a shame. He should man up, bow out and refund all of the crappy units he sold and wait until he has a better design. Holding people's money ransom until he decides to send out POS version 2 is just wrong.
