Does anyone know where to find a good high cfm electric fan for an 86 rx7? i am swapping to a 5.0 motor and need a low profile fan that still cools well.

 

you are putting a ford 5.0 in your rx7?

I bought my fan off ebay a universal 3500 cfm fan at 10amps

 

yeah i already have the motor and tranny in the car and the driveshaft made for it, its just a matter of finishing up the cooling and electrical systems now

Thats if you're going to use the Rx radiator

 

3500 CFM at zero static pressure. That is, not pulling air through any obsticles such as heat exchangers. Also, I highly doubt it runs at 10amps even at zero static pressure moving 3500 CFM. Ebay specials lie.

With the 86 vette rad, most recomend the volvo s60 fan and shoud, if that helps.
