BC 5.0 motor swap questions please advise

hi before i get flamed for swapping out my rotary sorry.
Story:
i bought a mazda for a case of beer it was rough, drove it fell in love, long story short i got it painted the interior done and then the 12 a crapped out on me. so i started looking for a 13b swap and someone who could do it. it would be about 10-12 for the quality swap and i honestly cant spend that much to get it rebuilt in 6 years. so my friend had this 302 crate motor out of his truck just sitting there for 600 bucks. i bought it because it is something i know something about and could swap out myself.
Questions:
anyone have any advise
i need to swap out the efi to a carborated setup......
do i need a new distributer cap
what do i need to do with the fuel pump will the sump be enough?
how much did this cost for you
electric fans or mechanical?
grannys speed shop are they reputable?

AND MOST IMPORTANT:
what type or rear end would be best was looking at a 5.0 rearend will it fit? anything elce work?

THANK YOU

First of all. Wrong section. This should be in the "other engine conversions" section. Check out granniespeedshop.com. They should have a lot of answers to any questions you'll have. Go with 8.8 rear end or new OS Giken diff. Nothing like the rotary man. I've rode in many 5.0 motors/v8s and its not the same. Torquey as hell, but just dont bring the smile to your face as much as the rotary. Goodluck either way.

I forgive you for buying a piston engine
