2nd gen 350 swap questions

hey yall iam a newb to this site and i was refered to this site from a local rx7 owner....ok here is what i would like to know on some input from some of ya...iam gonna be purchasing a 2nd gen rx7 to do a 350 swap and make it into a 383 stroker and hope to make some serious power...so what i would like to know from anyone that has already done this swap if there is anything i should pay close attention to or any paticular rx7 model i need to look for, cus i know they have the turbo and nonturbo, i couldnt tell ya more cus i dont know details....but someone was tellin me to look for a 5 lug bolt pattern cus it has 4 piston caliper breaks on it stock....now also is there anyone that has put a 9inch ford rearend in theres and if so what gear ratio are they using for street/everyday driver....and any gears for 1/4 and 1/8 mile drags...i would like to know there times of with there ratios so i can decide on what i need to get for gearing.....i shooting for 400 horse in this car and i wanna get some serious times out of it....any tips would be greatly appreciated...thanks

Yeah, torquecentral is a Great source of v8-swap info, also where no one dogs on you for taking the "soul" out of your rx7. It's one of the most pleasant forums I've ever been on, and people are Very open to new ideas, unlike this place.
