Hey guys, heres my DD mod list:

-88 T2
-streetported/rebuilt s5motor w/s4 irons (www.banzai-racing.com)
-throttle body mod
-Microtech lt-8s
-OMP blocked/Psteering removed/AC removed/
-10mm magnacore wires
-motor/tranny mounts(www.banzai-racing.com)
-Fluidyne Rad/e-fan...cool & corksport cooling plate
-ACT S/S clutch
-ACT Prolite flywheel(9lbs)
-3'' stainless turbo-back/borla Xr-1 resonater (just so damn loud without it!)
-1000cc pimaries/1680cc 2nd's
-Walbro 255
-Aeromotive A1000FPR
-ss lines/earls fittings
-ss clutch line/ss oil lines(not installed yet) ( www.corksport.com )
-Greddy elbo/HKS bov
-BNR stage 4 Turbo
-3'' intercooler pipes/24' by 12'' Godspeed intercooler/3ply couplers &T-bolt clamps(not in photo)
-Stern 18by8.5 front 25mmoffset225/40tires...18by9.5rear 20mm offset 255/35 tires
-Intrax springs/Tokico hp's
-ss brake lines ( www.corksport.com ) crossdrilled/slotted rotors
-VANISH aerokit
-MOMO course"pilotta 2" steering wheel/Miatta shift ****
I havnt dynoed but I would say the cars at a comfortable 370hp to the wheels @ 16lbs. I'm switching all these goodies to the 91 vert for spring! time for a roll bar

Now, I must say that one of the most important steps with modding any car has been left out of this thread. The Fuel Pressure Regulator!!!!

Someone mentioned earlier in this thread about a "Pop" with the addition of a large exhaust. I hope not, but this may be the "pop" that comes from detonation within the engine from lack of fuel. Very dangerous territory... You always want as much fuel as possible.
This is also why i wouldnt recommend any type of FCD whether its from a namebrand company or not. I would save your money and start off with at least a fuel controller. FCD's combined with 10+psi boost = detonation The stk ecu is programed @ less and You will run lean. Avoid expensive rebuilds and wasted time...

Good luck with the DD, -Dustin

thats a clean powdercoat job on that intake mani and throttle body!

I've been thinkin about getting a fpr but I'm waitin till I get the Walbro. And I'm not getting the walbro till I get my turbo(ex s5) back from BNR. 360' bearings, and bigger compressor.i do have a fuel controller and im no where near boost levels to need a standalone. you car doesn't sound like a DD. whats ur mpg? <12mpg?
370rwhp! 9lb flywheel?? sounds kinda like a pain to DD around town, but Im sure its fun.
I achieved my goal. My boy ran stage 2 flash and tune on his 2004 WRX. 3" turbo back, no cats, cai, and a walbro 255. he put down 262whp. I handed his *** to him when we put it down!

i love those lil guys

Yea milage sucks...(12-17mpg) Its always had this milage even with the stock turbo though. I think its cause the street port. Banzai said he made it really big.
The only things that took some getting used to with my set-up were the manual rack( Love it!) and the 9lbs flywheel. Sometimes its really touchy taking off, but just takes a little faness besides that its all good.

I do want to quiet the car a bit. I need to find a large enough muffler that wont restrict #s but will tone it down...any ideas?? The mufler I have is the one that came with the Motoria kit. Im looking for a LOW LOW tone, which I would assume means a Large size muffler with a big tip.

Id recommend the Greddy Trust but the diameter on the y connection is only 2.75".the y splits to 2.5 with 4.25" tips. that will restrict numbers slightly. although they sound AMAZING [IMG] [/IMG]

I have got to get a real camera...

lol. Oh ****!

Ya. 275hp should make it acceptable in public, yet
give it enough guts to be fun.

for those who give a ****. I got my motor back after a rebuild and port touching up . I checked for bubbles cause im always paranoid and I saw tiny tiny bubbles. she never overheated or anything so im going to overlook it as she runs great.believe i have a 1yr warranty just in case from Ben at Rotary Evolution

iM DUECIN the fcon and teh gcc. going rtek 2.1.
still debating on turbo. Im at the point where I never wanna have to get another turbo.(upgrade) but only desire 300-350rwhp. more importantly 300lbs tq . do I skip the bullshit and get a gt35r orrrrr..... bnr stage X. probably stage 2 w/ 360 bearings??? suggestions

I netted 230whp with only a few mods (note the engine was rebuilt because it blew up to the previous owner)

Extend ported (Large street port) dowelled with 2mm scr seals
Microtech ltx8 ecu
2.5" Exhaust
K&N pod filter
PWR Front mount

The car was running 14 psi but bleeding back to 8psi at 6500rpm which is where the rev limiter was set, this along with a few suspension mods was a very fun daily driver, i got a 13.5 @104 outta it too, i didnt touch the fuel setup at all, however my injectors were at around 92% or something
