ALL FIXED NOW LOL ...so umm long story short i went outside and just stared at the motor . then i was like wondering if the secondary throttle plates were opening...hmm guess wat NOPE they never opend . so i did a mini throttle body mod . so they stay open all the time .. and wow ...the boost went to 17psi and i almost lost traction in 3rd lmao . ran lean real fast . so i pulled over turned it down to 14psi still leaning up top and pulling really ******* hard compared to before . now i turned it down to 12psi and its at a steady 12-13 AFRS . deff closer to 300whp now im happy. crazy huh . dyno saturday should be well over 250 whp now
no resurfacing
idles at 725 and pulls 14-16 vacuum
I shift at 7k in the 1/4 to get through the gears as fast as possible
damn funny how stupid things can cause drastic loss off power, you probably losing 1/3 of your power from that, if you figure its at least 1/3 of the flow or more.
next step after getting dyno is taking the beast to the track, you should run a 12 no problem if you're getting 300+ whp

you sure you want to keep the 2nds open at all time?
wouldn't it affect low end response?
the secondary butterflys probably arent working properly on 75% of the 2nd gen owners here, my were messed up, i changed the spring and stuff they worked better but i just ended up removing them completely
this was before i changed the spring you can see the bolt was popping up
Now go spank some v8s and post up some videos. lol

not if you plan for your engine to last. Below 10 psi, mid-low 12's. 10-15psi - 11's depending on your tuning ability mid 10's to low 11's past 15psi.Many however would advise tuning for mid 10's across the board to provide a safety margin. I would agree, especially if tuning during the summer when the sure is less dense.
So, Mr. aka "the man w/the fastest hybrid TII on the planet", what u have to say to those that say "DON'T GO 2MM!!"? Would u have gone 2mm if you had rotors to accept them when you rebuilt?

yeah 2mm seals can handle everything i could throw at them especially if they're OEM 2 piece or RA super seals. I've saw people running the RA classics at 450whp for over 4 years n/p. pretty much comes down to the tune. if you read threads where people blow their engines 90% of the time its from something happening that shouldn't have whether they notice it or not.
you don't really see too many people blowing their engines from pure power.

You ever heard the saying , " leaner is meaner " lol, yeah it is more hp, but you're also probably going to blow the engine.

at 6psi it feels like wat i did at 16psi on dyno lol crazy i have it set to 10psi now the AFRS are in 12s keeping my eye close on it . dont want it togo past 12
You're probably definitely running close to 300whp now. You need to go take it for a run at the 1/4 mile and see how it does.
