tuned the car today, crazy afr's

well, after doing some repairs to my car i was on the dyno again tuning my car and altought i thought i repair the problems i had, i was wrong lol. my afr's never stayed were i wanted them, from 4000rpms to 6000rpms the afr was above 12.6 and when it hit above 6000rpms it drops to 10.0 afr. best pull was 226whp, 206ft-lbs torque but it was at 12.8afr, that's to lean for a TII, after doing some pulls and seeing almost the same results i told my bro to watch the fpr as i do a pull to see if it was working properly, the fpr works on idle but after i punch the car it goes up a little and there starts falling instead of increasing fuel pressure( theres the problem to my crazy afr's). sooo it seems that i have to make my fuel line from the gas tank to the front bigger, it seems that the stock line isn't good enough after my 800cc secondarys come into work. that's the only reasonable reason i can think off.

any ideas?

I installed a AFX wideband and at idle my AFR are 12.5-13.5. That is when the numbers are the lowest on my car. Even in boost I rarely see anything lower than 13.5-12.5 I changed the pump and filter and I am running lean still. Are you running a bigger pump? Did you change the filter? I am takng the 20 year old injectors out and having them cleaned.

i agree, check the filter... the stock line is plenty for what your going for... unless you have a clog! check the voltage to the pump when under load!

Yeah man.....stock lines and 800's in your secondaries shouldn't give you any issue. What pump are you using?

This might sound dumb, and I hope you won't take offense, but when I first did the turbo on my car, I bought an Aeromotive rrfpr, and I had the same problem. My issue turned out to be me being an idiot, and having the fuel lines hooked up wrong. So when I hit the gas coming off idle, it would be ok, but when I punched it and made boost, the regulator was cutting the fuel pressure, rather than raising it...
