S5 TII Dyno results
A couple months back I had my car tuned and was fairly happy with the results. It did 225rwhp on 10psi. Mods are as follows:
~3" Turboback
~Custom TID with Cone filter
~Microtech LT10S
~Walbro 255lph HighFlow pump
~Stock motor with 107,xxxkms on it
~Stock turbo
~Stock injectors
Considering its just intake and exhaust done with a good tune I'd say those are decent numbers. I'm now running 14psi on the same setup and hoping for 250rwhp.

Not bad, I made pretty much the same RWHP you did on the EXACT setup. The only difference was I had an LT8-s. I made 228whp/210tq @ 10psi.
What kind of boost controller are you using? What were the torque numbers?
In my experience, increasing the boost past 10psi didn't give any significant gains. Instead, I played with my EBC and improved spool-up and boost consistency.

At the time I didn't have a boost controller. Just reaching 10psi from freeing up the intake and exhaust. Now I have an AEM TruBoost and I need to get retuned because my boost is now hitting full about 1000rpms sooner then before.
I haven't got any torque numbers because at the time of the tune the hardware to read and display torque wasn't equiped. Since then the Dyno has been upgraded to show everything it should have before. So once I get back on there and retuned I'll have HP, TQ, and ARF's to share.

Yeah boost peaks and by redline its dropped down to about 7-8psi. The stock turbo's backside is just too small to keep anything more then that all the way to redline.
