i have one but i blew it almost immediatly due to running too much premix. i beat my friends 2001 mustang and he ran a 13.9 and i pulled him but a car and a half. i was running 8psi. didnt get to dyno or run it at the track though

Sorry... but uhhh.. you can't blow an engine from running too much premix.

Sure you can. With just the right kind of premix, you can drop the octane enough to cause it to detonate.

serious? heh.. had no idea. What kind of 2 strokes would cause this? ones that are more flammable or something? i've never heard of a 2 stroke being more flammable, but I guess mixing in with gas can cause quicker combustion...

Don't worry about the drop in octane......

You'd have to be running insane ratio's like 50:1 before it made an appreciable difference...

You will not blow an engine from too much 2-stroke.

Thats what I was thinking. Glad running pre-mix/blowing engine isn't true.
