My run at the track???

Ok i ran at the track and did bad im pretty sure.
My best was 15.3
I had no boost my first 3 16.5 sec runs then i found the problem and got boost, and pulled a 15.3. Seems slow for what i was expecting? I am pushing 5psi since i ported the wastegate. Does that sound right? I think the car felt faster when i was seeing 7psi. Boost controller and push it to eight and stay there till send out my ecu and get injectors?
My reaction times were bad like 1.??
And 60 ft2.2 and that was on my worst run, and i had trouble launching.
Mainly the rear end felt very hard like it was slamming up and down , guess i launced to hard /high rpm???
What do you guys think.Thanks

Sounds like you were getting wheel hop... If you keep that up, you'll bust a diff mount.

What wheels/tires are you running?
TII drivetrain?

How high where you revving? What type of clutch? How much time where you giving it between runs?

Do you have a wideband on the car? I say maybe head to a dyno to see if you can run 7-8psi safely. If not you can definetly upgrade to some 720 secondaries. Are you using a TII ECU? N332 and N333?

If it was your first time out it definetly is not easy, but you have to keep your 60 foots down to get good times. Your reaction doesn't really matter unless you wan't to start bracket racing. If you concerned with it start to release your clutch at the last yellow.

Of course the car was faster at 7psi. You ported your wastegate so now your boost is more controllable. Apparently you had been boost creeping.

Well na drive train. Act hd plate and exeddy street strip disc. Think I never got enough time to try some different rpms to launch. Guess I wasnt expecting that big of a difference in 2psi of boost. No wideband yet waiting for tax return. N332 ecu. Time between runs was at least 30 minutes, long line. Wheel hop was definate a couple times, and tires are bfg radial t/a's 235/ 60/14 on the rear.
nd yes I need to drive better.lol
