NY Dyno'd my car today

car is an 87 TII, S5 turbo block with 2000 miles on rebuild with stock ports.
mods include 2.5" downpipe, FMIC, Microtech LT10s, 650 RC primaries and 1000 RC secondaries.
i was running 9 psi but it wouldn't hold that boost to redline, boost was dropping off to 5-7 psi at redline, that is why the afr's dip so hard. when i had tuned it boost was holding 10-14 psi on the street but for some reason i couldn't get the boost controller to respond.
inside the shop temps were 88* with about 30-40 percent humidity. i logged a few runs and timing was around 17*. i'm sure i could have played with timing but the boost was inconsistent so there was no point in tuning, i just made sure afr's were safe and i am waiting on my egt gauge. i am also running 93 octane without water injection.
i just wanted to see what it would make on stock turbo and see if my rebuild was done right, as this was my first engine. i also wanted to get a baseline from stock turbo to my new turbo, all i can say is 82mm.

Looks like you still need some tunning. AFR from 11.9 to 12.9 back to somewhere in the low 11s. That line should be pretty steady....I made 221 last sunday at rotor fest in kissemme FL, with a stock turbo with 13 psi (not holding). I have 720 cc secondaries, stock top mount intercooler, apexi neo, tial 38mm on the stock turbo with a .9 bar spring. I think some ignition tunning will help alot with making some more power. A buddy of mine has the same thing except with 720 primaries and 1000 secondaries and a LT10s and made 254.

nah it wasn't so much the tuning, the boost pressure dropped from 9 psi to 5-7 psi that is why it was rich. I tuned it on the street and Afr's were solid, but boost was holding. I am not even gonna bother tuning it further as I have a gt35R sitting at home waiting to go in. I do need to refine the driveability a bit, it needs more work.
