Nice build, it's encouraging to think getting to 300hp for my vert might be a reasonable goal.

Motor is still in one piece, but I traded the whole car 6 months back and the new owner is putting a new ecu and turbo on it.

What fuel pressure were you at on the FPR (E85)? I'm running about 45-46psi from the regulator to the injectors.

I got:

Stock S5 TII block (stock ports, stock internals)
Emissions delete, NO P/S, NO A/C
Throttle body modded and Knifed/polished
E85 premixed with Maxima Castor927 (E85 all the time, don't drive during winter)
Aeromotive A1000 external fuel pump
06-AN stainless steel braided fuel line
100micron external fuel filter
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR running 46psi)
KYB Primary and Secondary fuel rails
1000cc primary and 1200cc secondary injectors
MegaSquirt II V3.0
T4 70mm journal bearing turbo
44mm wastegate (I don't know the psi of the spring//I think it is a 9psi spring)

I'm trying to get around the same power levels on a conservative tune. Seeing your thread gave me a little relief and I was happy. Obviously not all engines received second hand will do this good, but nevertheless, I am hopeful.

I ran 50psi base pressure if I recall correctly.

Good luck with your build, let us know how it goes.
