lol that second mustang the blue one was pretty hooked up too you can hear the guy in the vid saying "thats ours the blue one" then he says something about nitrous... still got pwned lol

lol i dont know what i was thinking but i know i thought it would hook up better then that.. usually a car hooks up better on the track well in this case the traction was alot worse then on the street for some reason..it was the first time having the car on the track so i didnt know what to expect..funny thing is at the end of the day i put the streets back on and my girlfreind wanted to make a pass.. she actually pulled a 13.3 with them on her first time ever drag racing lol..
i live kinda close to strasburg, bird in hand,gap..not far from exton

lol well i know where your coming from i wouldn't let any of the other girls ive been with drive it. but she is a really good driver i let her drive it on low boost at first around the streets and she got used to it so im pretty confident with her abilities. and she is also very aware of how much i love the car and how dead she would be if she wrecked it lol.. however the car was all over the place at the end of the track with the slicks on so i wouldn't let her drive it with them on.

 

I was wondering because we got a few 2nd gens out my way. My 91 N/A (not exactly stock), my friends 88 TII that just got done, my other friend's 91 TII that I'm rebuilding yet again (RE setup), a guy up the street from me that has a street-ported 6-port turbo setup (To4b) that I built like 3 months ago, and my brother's widebody 1st gen that's being restored. (13B, 3mm, To4b, watercooled intercooler, microtech, etc.)

dont beat your self up on the traction. beaver has always been a sloppy track. head up to maple and try it their.

 

i still like beaver tho cause you dont have to wait an hour to get a run in.. when i put the slicks on i was really hooking up well so i cant complain

 

you got that right. Ive already broken down while waiting in line at maple. plus beaver is cheaper to run on.

 

yeah when i go to beaver theres me and my freinds and like 20 other cars thats it. maple has like at least 100 cars every night. i was just told that they redid cecil county drag strip

trying to get back out to the track but i smoked the clutch a couple times last time and its slippin a little bit. it dosent free rev but it wont grab gears and it feels really slow
