1/4 mile visit this afternoon:

@12 lbs (~14 bleeding to ~9)
R/T: .164
60ft: 2.002
330: 5.681
1/8: 8.828
MPH: 79.29 (damn that bleeding boost)
1000: 11.529
1/4: 13.850
MPH: 97.26 (damn that bleeding boost)

i did a big smokey burnout to heat up the drag radials, then the ****** made me sit there for 3-4 minutes while he cleaned off the other side of the track... so they cooled off, still got a 2.0 though, not TOO bad i suppose.

that was my ONLY clean run of the day. we only got 3 runs and one of my IC couplers kept blowing off half way down the track. so, my first real run i managed a 13.8

oh yeah, and we had a 20mph wind ALL DAY. it also just so happened to be coming right towards us going down the track... so everyones MPH's were consistently ~4mph slower..

My old n/a FC trapped me 97.92mph!.....but then again, it was at a 15.0ish. And that was with a crappy 2.4 60ft time.

I know what you mean by head winds. At the local drag strip, its faces the south, and there is allways a 10+ mph head wind. The one time we actually had 15+mph tail wind, my bone stock FD turned a 13.6@101.96....but I don't tell people about the tail wind when I'm braggin' about my FD

Nice numbers non the less. I'd like to see what your car will turn with a nice day. CJ

If you're getting that nasty a head wind, turn around and go back home!

yeah i thought it was ok. i had a 2" catback exhaust at the time and we had atleast a 20mph headwind coming at us the entire day at the track.

anyways, i have a full 3" exhaust now and it definitely feels quicker. now i can light up the tires in 1st and spin second pretty good, and chirp third! lol

we're gonna go back here in a week or two and i'll have a new time to report
