Talking First time out Precision 6266

Wanted to make a few passes to see what kind of MPH i could run. Was trying to launch to hard as i figured traction would be most difficult on street tires. Still i thought it did well. Run was on 16lbs of boost/ pump gas with water injection.

Nice! That's really fast for only 16 lbs. How much power do you think your making? What was your 60ft? I just got done installing a 6765 into my car and will start tuning soon. I can't wait to see how it feels.

Not sure on the power yet, have yet to make it to a dyno. I'm guessing a solid 400whp. Lol the 60' was horrible 2.6 was having a problem making the excedy triple disc slip enough to slow the power down. 67/65 is a big turbo you'll make some good power as long as you have the fuel and spark to support it 😀.

That run was 12.4 at 122. But after a few runs I was able to run a 12.04 at 129 with a 2.3 second 60'. I also adjusted the boost to 19-20lbs in third and fourth gear only.

129MPH at the end of the straight is GOOD

having had a half day tour thru Precision's manufacturing/R&D facilities guided by their Chief Engineer i am very interested in any rotary app...

my question is what P 6266 are you running?

they offer a oldish school 6266

they offer a CEA 6266

the offer the GEN 2 6266.

nice runs BTW, it is always nice to see FDs on track.
