WRX rims on an S4 RX7

Will it work?

WRX rims are 5x110, and I believe the offset is somewhere around +38mm.

i have no idea what the RX7 has for that stuff. Oh, and rim dimensions of the WRX are 16x6.5

I could get some for cheap, which is why I'm wondering if they'd fit. I want two sets of rims, one for winter and one for summer. Thanks.

edit: I'm about to pick up an 87 GXL...

As Cheers has said, the PCD is incorrect, and the rims from the WRX are not wide enough.

You want to look at something a little wider being around x8 wide.

WRX rims are 5x100, 16x6.5, with a 53mm offset. The offset is really high on Subarus because of the wide bearing spacing in the hubs. It gives them more strength for rallying.

It also causes their bearings to fail often (yep, I'm a regular on www.nasioc.com)

It's not the wide bearing spacing that causes them to fail. I haven't heard of any bearing problems recently. I know it was a problem on the older GC8 chassis cars, but it usually didn't show up until you ran wheels with the wrong offset. Then it was a perpetual problem because the dealerships couldn't reinstall them very well.
