19" rims on the stock suspension? that's gonna look fantastic!
The rear will fit, but the fronts will probably have to be rolled. Why not get some 18"s with better offsets? you won't have to roll the fenders and you'll be able to use a better tire so you can actually keep some performance aspects of the car in tact
EDIT: Actually I'm not 100% sure if the 10" will fit in the rear with stock springs, search up in the wheel/tire/susp forum to be sure

The rears will fit fine but the proper tire size would be 265/30 19. You might even want to go with a 275/30 19 to fill out the wheel well a little more, although that is taller than I personally would go.
You should know that with tire sidewalls that short, it will be easy to damage a rim. You should know that the cost of decent tires in 19" sizes will take your breath away. You should know that the new setup will likely be quite heavy, the ride will be worse and acceleration will suffer. You should know that 19" wheels on a stock suspension will look pretty silly -- your car will have the 4x4 aspect and your brakes will look tiny.

I used to have 17x8.5" +37 245/40-17 up front and Bilsteins and H&R Sports and had no rubbing issues at all.
