Would I fit these wheels?
Sorry guys im new to the FD game, 1 and a half month to be correct...
anyways i wanted to get a set of work emotion XD9 for my FD, and now i found someone selling a set with the spec below:
18x9 +20 w/235/40/18
18x10 +18 w/265/35/18
F: Sumitomo HTR Z III about 70% left
R: Continental ContiProContact about 30% left
and i would like to know would they fit?
i have done some work on my end, in the link below "goreify" states that:

"These will fit an fd with fender modification (rolling/pulling). They WILL NOT fit other wise."
but he is running 18x10 +38 F / 18x10 +18 R. 255/35/18 all around... so please help me out

It will depend highly on how much you are comfortable modifying the fenders, what your ride height is, what suspension you are running, and how you plan on using them. For hard track driving or even aggressive street driving, you may/will have rubbing issues. Fender rolling will be a must. There are definitely guys running more extreme offsets and sizes, but those are far from optimal. Sorry there isnt a more clear answer. Can they work, yes, but some modification will be necessary.
Remember factory FD sizes are 16x8 +50. At the front you are pushing the wheel ~43mm further outboard, and 55mm at the rear. The rear is an easy "fit" with just fender modification, as you only have to deal with vertical movement and the wheel cambers in on compression. In the front its a different story, and as I said very dependent on other factors. Hell I rubbed with stock wheels with just RB lowering springs, yet later ran 285/30r18s up front without issue. It all comes down to offsets, ride height, and suspension stiffness.

900 doesn't seem like such a great deal for a set of curbed wheels with junk/worn tires on them, especially when you consider that the offsets will not easily work on FD. Pass on them.

that's why i dont care of the color or rashes, as long as they are not bent

Ideal offsets for those sizes are +45 in front and rear. So they're going to stick out about 1 full inch (~25mm)more than is recommended...... what do you think that will do to your fenders?

^ Ideal for what? Maybe to run wide tires and do track driving seriously but for street driving those sizes will fit with a fender roll especially with a proper alignment either 255 or 265 rears.
That is 17 x 9 + 10 front, and 17 x 10 + 19 rear with 235 fronts and 255 rears with a conservative alignment on rolled OEM fenders. Same sizes can be done with 18 inch.
Bone stock fenders with no roll/pull? Will not work.
Also depends on ride height, if you slam the car, you will need to run skinnier tires to make it fit. The tires on the XD9s look trashed anyway, so I would get new tires and re-size the fronts and rears based on what brand you want to go with.
