Will they fit okay?

Will 245 tires fit on my rear 18x8" wheels?
What profile should I use if it fits? 40? 35?

Techincally 245 should fit but every tires diffrent.

I'm assuming you have an FD...

To maintain close to stock wheel+tire diameters, you should run 225/40 or 245/35. The 225/40 will fit the rim much better than the 245/35. Additionally, I believe Pirelli is the only company making 245/35s.....
