You're likely to get some rubbing on the suspension with those, so a small spacer might be needed in the front. The rears should clear no problem.

Jaiyurai, how sure are you that they'll fit (without rubbing)?

Black91n/a, How did you come to the conclusion that they will probably rub? How large of a spacer would I want? Where could I find it? and how much would it cost?

Thanks, guys! Any further input would be greatly appreciated!

they probably would rub in front unless you went with a smaller tire in the front like a 215 or 205, spacer size to fit those would be minimal, like 3MM or so.

WEll 225's on 17x8's with a 35mm offset barely fit, so these might fit, they might rub. If they do run it'll only need a thin spacer, but to get the most clearance possible on both sides, a 30mm offset is about ideal.

Okay, let's say theoretically I was to add a 8mm spacer to the front wheels. That's the smallest spacer I can find. That would change the offset to 30, correct?

Would I need to worry about a widebody kit at that point?

(I'm just trying to find some decent wheels to throw on a n/a s4, not looking for a big project)

Yea, 38mm offset + 8mm spacer = 30mm offset. That's about a perfect offset for fitting wide tires up front, no need for wider fenders or even fender rolling.

i have 17X8 +35 with 225's in front and they tuck perfectly with an 8mm spacer, with +38 yours would be out 3 more mm than mine but mine is dropped 2" in front.

you will probably have to roll the fenders a little with an 8mm spacer and 225's unless you have stock height as it may not rub until you corner hard.

I'm running (nearly) stock suspension, 17x8, 30mm offset, 225/45/17's. No rubbing ever, not even at the track or at autocross.
