17X8 5-114.3 22S

Rear wheel lists:

17X9 5-114.3 27S

I'm assuming the last number is the offset? These are just the specs I pulled off of discount tire.

I would appreciate any help. I can work on engines all day but for some reason I can never rap my head around sizes and offsets for wheel fitments. Thanks in advance and any tire size recomendatios would be welcome. Or hardware like spacers..
