will these fit my 88 t2

18x9.5 with a 20 mm offset if so what tires would i need to run?
i have wide fenders will it clear the suspension?

Nope won't clear suspension up front.

IMHO, you need a 10mm spacer, some suspensions will allow for you to get away with just a 5mm spacer.
