the lug patterns are the same...well I have Rex wheels on my supe so I just have to assume...but you gotta make extra certain about the offset...I'm not sure what offset is ideal for the rex so you need to check that out and make sure the wheels fit that way.

I've seen plenty of supras with 3rd gen Rx-7 wheels on them so i would assume that the Supra wheels would fit on an FD

I don't think that's a good assumption with wheels that wide....

To run 18x9s up front, the wheels should have a +45 to +50 offset. For 18x10.5, the wheels will also have to be +45 to +50 but you may still have to roll the rear fenders. We're waiting on Manny's results of the 18x10.5 +45 offset fitment.....

I have both a 97tt supra, and a TO4 FC, I plan on running a full set of stock supra wheels on the FC. I'll post what's required to make them fit. Orinally I planned on using the 17x9.5s all the way around, but I don't think they'll fit in front, even with the Corksport fenders(+30mm). About a month ago someone posted a set of Supra wheels for sale, to fit an FD. The ad said they were machined to fit. I would imagine the hub may be larger on our cars, since FD wheels fit the Supra w/out modification, and not the other way around(according to the seller). I'll let you all know, Carl Byck

The centerbore is different. You have to get the bore enlarged to 67.1mm to run stock Supra wheels on an FD. Aftermarket wheels may already have a larger bore, but they might not if they are custom 3-piece.

To answer the question you must ask the seller what the offsets are to be safe. THe rear wheel will work and I will measure to see what the highest offset possible is with the 10.5. Last I check there was a lot of backspacing left on the cooper fitment, but I think the trailing arm even upgraded would be the limiting factor with a high offset 10.5.

The +45 10.5 will work perfect with a rolled fender like Big REd. It should fall into the same approx location of his 18,10 +38 GL57Pro. Do a search and find his pic.'

But for sure get the offsets from him and then any of the wheel experts here should definitely be able to answer your question. We're so fortunate to have such highly qualified, tried and true technicians in one place.
lol.

9.5 x 17 with 42-mm to 50-mm offset range should work in the fronts of FDs as long you use 255/40-17s all around.
