I think a +42-45mm might work. I was told +47-50 mm for a 18x9.5 all around. You can do a +32 on an 8" wide and a +38 on an 8.5" wide. You should run 225/35 or 245/35 tires in the front though.

The wheels I want to order are only available in 18x9 +35. I'm trying to figure out if there is any way they will fit.

I'd go +45 w/ a 9" wide wheel up front.

My old 17x8.5 Fikses (up front) were +37 w/ 245/40-17 and Bilsteins/H&R, and I had no rubbing issues.

245/35-18 is just right, 225/35-18 is too small.
