Widest wheels that you can fit under an FD?

Like the topic says, what the widest wheel/tire you can fit under an FD? 315s a possibility? or are we limited to 275 or 295s?

This has been covered NUMEROUS times...in fact the SEARCH actually gives you the answers for this question quite well.

I didn't want to be a jerk either and not answer you...but i don't know the answer off the top of my head, i'm kinda a noob too. I just remember using the search for this one too.

First of all you need coilovers and custom rims with proper offset:

285/30/18's up front (with rolled fenders) and 305's out back (rolled fenders and tubular trailing arms) you lazy SOB.

285/30/18's all around (18x10 rims) on the street are overkill and the short tire profile will give a shitty ride. Only in a racing environment is it worth having this much rubber.
