Wide body and wheel fitment

I am close to ordering parts to go wide body and wheels, just want to get a little feedback before I go ahead. I have a 93 rx7 making a good enough amount of power where I want wide tires. I will be autocrossing and doing lap days at the track several times per year. This year and next year I will just run on street tires so I want a set of tires that will work well all around.

My plan is to go with:
99 Spec front bumper (with license plate holder)
Shine Auto Project Spec B front fenders +20-25mm
Chargespeed Rear Fenders +27mm offset
Front and rear 17x10.5 Mustang FR5 Replica wheels Chrome or Black Chrome +27mm offset
Kumho Ecsta XS tires 295/35R17 in front and 315/35R17 in rear

Will the tires fit the fenders with the +27mm offset? Not sure what kind of offset I should be looking at.
Will the Chargespeed rear look good without the sides and rear bumper? How complicated is the fitment compared to Pettit flares?

those wheels are going to be heavy. and i think most are going to recommend stickier tires(star specs ad08 ect) before going wider for the same reason. just my .02c which is worth less than face value with my post count.

unfortunately wide 17" wheels are really hard to find. i havnt been able to source any (affordable) 17x10.5 or wider aside from mustang wheels. you're not gonna want anything narrower than that for 315's.

my 17x10.5 black chrome fr500's weigh 24lbs, so its not TOO bad. silver might be a hair lighter, or at least cheaper.

for wide setups you're always better off with 18's. much better wheel and tire choices. cost more though of course.
